This Electronic Consent & Records Disclosure ("E-Consent") explains how PROSTO Incorporated (37-2186706) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") will deliver to you ("you," "your") all legally required disclosures, notices, records, and other documents ("Communications") in electronic form when you use our website https://finleadgen.com and the loan-request services we provide.

5. Withdrawing Your Consent

You may withdraw your E-Consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling 1 (754) 232-0195. If you withdraw consent before we or a Lender have completed the loan-request process, electronic delivery may cease and your request may be delayed or cancelled.

7. Federal Law Disclosure

This E-Consent is provided in a manner that reasonably demonstrates your ability to access information electronically, as required by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act," 15 U.S.C. §§ 7001-7031).
